Services

Our company functions as a moldmaking service for artists who want to cast their sculptures. Monumental Molds coordinates the size requirements of a mold with a bronze foundry of the artist's choice. We construct molds on a variety of media including: water and oil-based clay, wood, stone, plaster, and glass.

Monumental Molds is a relatively small business, but this does not prevent us from offering our clients such quality services as: mold-making for sculptures of all sizes, from table top to monument scale, mold-making on-site, silicone and urethane molds, and molding on archival quality sculpture. We have currently provided our services to the following states: Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Due to our stellar reputation, Monumental Molds has been selected by many artists to construct molds on archival quality sculptures and pieces known for their complexity. We give utmost consideration to each unique sculpture in order to produce a durable, high-quality mold to meet the needs and satisfaction of the artist and foundry.

Brad applying plaster onto silicone rubber once the rubber is brought up to the proper thickness.

Once plaster is applied and cured, it is removed. It will serve as a firm backing to hold rubber mold in place, and help keep the proper and original form of the sculpture.

This is the removal of the rubber mold.
